This is a newly-created Ecommerce Web Manager vacancy with a well-known Online Retail Brand in the Travel sector. If you are a hands-on, ecommerce specialist who is passionate about producing Digital experiences and user journeys that people love, then this could be the role for you.

Following a strong period of growth in sales, this exciting brand are now investing heavily in their ecommerce platform and website, and therefore this is a fantastic time to join this small, but growing team and deliver some of your innovative strategies.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will be given loads of autonomy and responsibility to help define and deliver a product roadmap for the platform and website, in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand team.

You will own the User Journey and be given the responsibility to optimise and enhance this in order to drive growth in customer engagement and online acquisition, but also to maximise the conversion of this leads and enquiries into sales.

This role would suit a data-driven and creative Web specialist who has a proven track record delivering awesome, user-centric ecommerce products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional, omni-channel user experience (desktop, tablet and mobile)
  • Support the planning of the marketing plan, considering home pages, product uploads, required graphics etc.
  • Ensure website content is accessible, immersive, relevant and supports SEO, and landing page strategies support PPC.
  • Implement A|B tests and personalisation campaigns
  • Lead a process of continuous web site development and deployments to ensure day to day fixes and optimisations occur regularly.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise onsite conversion rates, user frequency, and customer retention
  • Work with development and design teams to deliver UX across all platforms
