We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join a leading Digital Agency in Northampton and play a key role in managing client relationships and devise digital marketing strategies (SEO & Paid).

This is a highly successful Agency and SEO specialist agency who have been undergoing rapid growth over the last 7 years and as they embark on the next phase of their success story, including growing their Inbound Marketing capability and winning larger SEO retainers, they are looking to expand their Client Services offering to maximise their Clients' experience and satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of Digital projects, covering SEO, PPC & web development, alongside a team of specialists in each area.

The agency also have a new incentive programme, where if you upsell within the team or find referrals from clients, you'll be financially rewarded!

This role would suit a talented Digital Marketing enthusiast who has at least 2 years Digital Marketing experience combined with some experience in a customer-facing role, as this role involves reporting to clients on the success of their Digital campaigns, and building relationships.

As our ideal Account Manager you'll be a highly personable Customer Services specialist with a passion for the Search marketing industry giving you a good understanding of SEO, PPC, and Paid Media and how you use these methods to help customers increase their conversion and online sales.

Experience with Google Analytics, CMS solutions Marketo and Hubspot would be advantageous too, but most importantly, you're a Digital Marketing enthusiast with amazing interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
