Junior Product Support - SaaS | Tech - Suitable for Graduates

We are working with a highly successful SaaS business in Northampton who have recently been acquired in a multi-million pound buyout. Now part of a Global Technology business, they are entering hypergrowth phase, as their platform now has users exceeding over 1.2Million on their platform.
As part of this expansion, we are now looking for a Junior Product Support Executive to join their team. This is a varied role that will see you dealing with existing and new customers of their Application ensuring they are both maximising the usage of the software, but also helping with their onboarding.
Ideally you will have a background in Customer Service or support, coupled with a passion for technology - but this role would also suit a fresh graduate who is looking to follow a career in the Tech industry.
You will have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with people, as you'll be taking enquiries over online chat, email and by phone - largely via livechat / webchat.
You will also be answering questions regarding App features and pricing, so some basic tech knowledge, or a desire to learn the product features quickly, will be beneficial.
In terms of experience, this is less important than enthusiasm, passion for developing a career in tech along with a natural empathy and inclination to deliver first class customer service.
Experience in a Customer Service (With maybe a degree or qualification in computing or computer science) or Application Support type role, would be beneficial.
