We are working with a Global Manufacturing client (HQ Bury, Gtr. Manchester) who are embarking on a European-wide implementation of Dynamics Business Central ERP; starting with the UK & Ireland rollout.

As part of this implementation and supporting the Senior ERP Project Manager, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience delivering business processes & transformation on ERP projects; ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment.

Full budgetary approval is in place and they are ready to assemble the project team; so it's exciting times for the business as they prepare to launch the latest phase of their Cloud / SaaS Transformation, with this Microsoft D365 BC rollout.

The UK & Ireland stage of the project will set the benchmark for the future EMEA and Global ERP rollout which will ultimately replace 23 regional ERP's with a single, cloud solution.

Therefore, this Business Analysis vacancy a key role for the team and perfect for a talented BA who has experience across change management, process mapping (BPMN), process engineering and organisational transformation; specifically on ERP projects.

Our ideal Business Analyst will have 5 years of Functional and Technical Business Analysis experience, a qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent (e.g., BCS Qualifications/Accreditations), but most importantly, in-depth, functional knowledge in ERP Systems - ideally Microsoft D365 Business Central but any similar ERP solution will be fine (Navsion, Dynamics, D365 etc).
