Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester City Centre

Package: £20/22k Basic Salary & Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE Year 1 £40k, OTE Year 2£50k, OTE Year 3 £60k+)

We're now looking for a number of passionate GRADUATES/JUNIOR SALES PEOPLE to join our trainee academy kicking off in january.

What to expect when joining:

• You will receive group and 1-1 and group training to give you the best support and tools that you will need to be a successful Recruiter.
• You’ll work in the most niche markets and be a highly specialised Recruiter.
• We’ll help you bill quickly - 16 days average time to bill for all new hires in last 12 months-This is because we never hire into cold markets, you’ll step into a client network which has been built by our senior consultants meaning you’ll have approximately £100k of active role pipeline from day 1 of joining.

• You’ll work with and learn from people who’ve been in their markets for 5+ years and proven £200-300k per year billers.

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis as a Recruitment Consultant?

• You’ll work with candidates to understand their skills and what they are looking for in a new role.
• You’ll use targeted methods to find candidates including; advertising, networking, social media, events and headhunting.
• You’ll manage the recruitment process for your candidate and client; preparing both them both for interviews, offering advice and negotiating job offers.
