Currently works at Asda whilst studying however, is now looking for a career that has a clear progression plan
Has friends currently working in recruitment and is keen to get involved after seeing their progression/financial gain
Very target driven, throughout his degree he enjoyed beating his targets
Main motivation is financial support as he wants to move out of his family home
Looking for a bespoke training programme to support him in this career change
