My candidate has got 4+ years working in the Digital Technology space, heading up a division for a business.
They are looking for a change having had a number of things take place over the last 12 months that has reduced their commission bands and would like to join a smaller organisation where they are recognised a bit easier, rather than being just another number if a large multi-national.
They have previously focussed on Permanent Recruitment but on the odd occassion worked contract positions, ideally they would like to work a dual desk (which isnt possible in their current role), but would prefer to stick to permanent if they didnt have the choice.
Working withing a commutable distance from Manchester city centre.
