If you are looking for a long term, stable working environment, this could be the role for you! This business is a family owned, where everyone from Senior Management to Administrative staff are incredibly hands on and are treated in a way that every staff member is as valued as the next!  

The role itself is busy so if you enjoy not having to “watch then clock” and enjoy the bustle of a busy Accounts department, this could be a great match for you! The role will see you dealing with a range of duties such as:



  • High volume matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Matching invoices to POs (high volume)
  • Dealing with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure queries are resolves as quickly as possible 
  • Creation of payment runs 
  • Dealing with sub contractor payments
  • Accurate capture of validated expenditure for reporting
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Expenses
  • Brief GL duties including GRNI’s reporting
  • Supplier rebate reconciling and calculating
This role will be looking to start ASAP with interviews to be arranged as soon as next week!


What you’ll need to be successful in this role:



  •  Experience within a Purchase Ledger department-ideally in a fast paced role
  • Team player-happy to get involved and help to cover other departments where needed
  • Experience in using an ERP
  • Inquisitive by nature and good problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Ideally you will studying towards your AAT qualification-although not essential
This role is fully office based and working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm (no working overtime-everyone leaves on time!)
