I seek a C# Azure hands off Head of Development role for well established UK Microsoft Gold Partner that is both extending their product range as well as starting their first international journey - hitting the US. They are at the start of a hockey stick bit of growth. They are proud to aim to be world class in terms of their software delivery and methodologies. You will have a Microsoft Cloud Development background and either want to step up into your first hands off role or will already manage teams in that manner.

- A SAAS based organisation who have a fantastic staff retention record and employee happiness
- Managing multiple Development teams as well as working closely with QA, Project and Product management
- Huge amount of influence and decision making as they shape their next growth phase and will be a champion in industry best practices, development team structures, processes, and practices with a bias in software architectures including performance, privacy, availability, security, scalability, maintainability, and extensibility
- Plans in the future to break up the current Development teams to have multiple squads and following career progression.
