C# Hands on Engineering manager- next tech unicorn

I seek a C# Engineering manager with a desire to maintain 40- 50% of your time coding for a Warwickshire rocket ship SAAS company set to become the next tech unicorn boasting offices over the globe powered by +£80m worth of recent funding!

The organisation have beaten every sales target set them for some years and have a number of internationally recognised C suite and VPs in place from FANG companies to help them continue the growth past 300 people. You will find Stock options a significant draw to this!

You will be one of 5 Engineering managers in the group and have a team of 5 Dev to take responsibility for leading projects and project teams. You'll lead and mentor members of your team, to ensure high quality deliverables.

You must have expert knowledge of software solution creation, an awareness of automation topics, and have strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

You can expect to have direct and ongoing input into the technical roadmap of our product. Identify and plan the adoption of new technologies as well as regularly reviewing current practices.

You will be paid to £80,000 plus fantastic benefits including shares.
