Julie Rose Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic call centre advisors for a professional services business based in the heart of Bromley. You will be working in a customer service team that value their clients highly. Training provided on the product but to be considered for this role, you will need to have worked in a call centre environment and have experience of dealing with a large volume of calls from clients, approximately 40 to 70 calls per day. The role does involve some administrative duties as well.

Full time role, hours are 8:30am to 5pm with 45 mins for lunch and every other Friday off!

Call Centre Advisor responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact, taking a large volume of calls (40 to 70 per day) from customers
• Liaising with clients, financial advisers and third parties to process and administer instructions and enquiries
• Responding to requests for information in a professional manner via letter and email
• Providing administrative support for customers and field force
• Working as a team

Call Centre Advisor skills and experience required:

• Previous experience within a call centre or contact centre, taking a large volume of calls
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines
• Good computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
