Lead Full Stack Developer (TypeScript / React) AWS specialist. 6 months. Contract. Remote.

We’re currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / AWS specialist, on a 6 month rolling Contract for a global media house in West London (fully remote for the foreseeable)

Details below:

Team: Build innovative applications using AI/ML to make new products that will be the future of media. They have a number of projects to work that all share the same goal: use AI/ML techniques to improve aspects of media consumption. There are loads of projects in the pipeline and the roadmap is growing every week!

What you will do:

· Develop excellent quality software

· Participate in the full software lifecycle, including support and continuous integration

· Contribute to the technical direction of the team

· Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers on the team

· Share and generate new ideas, provide constructive and useful feedback to peers

· Quickly build prototypes and work with top brains in ML across the industry

Experience needed:

· AWS architecture

· Previous experience and willingness to lead, guide and mentor the dev team

· Experience writing purely serverless software

· Existing experience or ability to very quickly pick up Javascript/Typescript and/or Python

· Full-stack skills with knowledge of React – not critical but is highly beneficial

· Restless attitude and a drive to always make things better and quicker

· Passion for technology and a fast pace of delivery

· Experience designing software for scale and high availability

· Experience working with CI/CD in an agile team
