Private Client Solicitor

We are excited to be working with a growing firm who have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client solicitor to be based in their Glasgow office.

The firm are very open to the level of experience however it needs at least 6 months (1 seat) dealing with all Private Client matters. It would be highly advantageous if the candidate is STEP qualified or has the ambition to complete this at a later date.

The role will involve providing Executory Services to clients, Estate and Succession Planning Advice (Wills, POA, Trusts, Asset Protection and Tax mitigation). You would have prior experience in all these matters as well as a calm and understanding approach to dealing with clients.
