We are delighted to be working on a retained basis to recruit an HR leader for our client who are experiencing record levels of growth and demand for their unique products.
Reporting into and working alongside the newly appointed CEO you will assume full responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources for the whole organisation. Your remit will be to develop an HR function that allows the company to grow at a significant rate with HR strategies and initiatives implemented and aligned to the overall business strategy.
OD will form a critical part of the role as will your natural enthusiasm and willingness to get stuck in. You will be involved in all aspects of HR at ground level as the role will initially be stand alone (with one assistant) with a view to growing the team as and when the business needs require one.
In order to be considered you must have a proven track record in an HR leadership role with the relevant qualification to match.
