We are delighted to be retained by one of our key clients to find them an HR Business Partner for a newly created position.
Working alongside and reporting to the newly appointed Group HR Manager you will have a varied role which will touch all aspects of the business and will involve such things as ER, C&B, Process Mapping and various project work. You should be strong on MI and really believe in how it can help make crucial decisions in regard to people and standards.
The organisation are on an upward trajectory, have highly ambitious and achievable growth plans of which HR will form a crucial part. In order to be considered for the role you must have a proven track record within HR, ideally in a Business Partner type role.
