We are delighted to be retained by one of Glasgows leading property organisations to find them a dynamic Commercial Finance Manager for a newly created position. You will be a crucial part of the finance team reporting directly to the Managing Partner and will take on a leading role in helping to shape the finance team and wider business whilst leading and motivating a small team of people. This role will enable you to attend all Board Meetings and be the pivotal finance person within the business. Alongside all of this will be the opportunity to progress towards becoming the Finance Director of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys the challenge of working alongside leaders of the business who are non-finance experts and who need your strategic input. You should have previous experience of working within a small to medium sized company or if you come from a practice background, have audited similar sized companies.

Having the right attitude, ambition and approach to your role are paramount to success and you must be comfortable in challenging the status quo and be able to make the accounting processes more efficient and streamlined. In order to be considered for the role you have to be a qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE.
