Coming from a busy hotel, you’ll be very competent capable already. You’ll be used to high covers, fine dining and all that comes along with it.
You will know how important presentation is, and you’ll be an advocate for fresh produce.
Our client love sourcing local produce and the Executive Chef, puts a real emphasis on this.
They want to take it to the next level. From the kitchen spec to our expectations of the team, everything is at the top of its game. There are 5 kitchens across the property, so you’ll never be waiting for a table to order. You won’t be stood twiddling your thumbs and you’ll be able to put into practise your skills and expertise.
It’s imperative that you come from somewhere that works with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Everything is made from scratch and created in house.
The group they’re part of have spent the last 12 months reinvesting money in to the property and the next 12 months is going to be extremely busy with guests being welcomed back from May 17th.
Work is a 45-hour week over 5 days and you get up to £28,000 depending on experience.
