Are you a HR professional with experience of using SAP? Have you worked in payroll and understand weekly and monthly payrolls?
My client are a manufacturing company based in North Oxfordshire, who have a mixture of perm and temp workers in their modern manufacturing facility. They produce incredible products, to a very high standard.
This high standard runs throughout their entire business – so we’re looking for someone to come in and contribute towards that.
We are looking for someone who has incredible attention to detail, whilst maintaining a high workload. You’re going to be looking at the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit – so having prior knowledge of this process would be incredibly useful.
If you are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment within a small team then this role will be perfect for you!
Currently the role is working from home, but with a view to reviewing after all restrictions lifted. You will be working core office hours, from Monday to Friday.
Salary wise, you’re looking at £20,000 - £22,500 a year. There are also lots of other benefits including a generous holiday allowance, which is well above the statutory amount.
