Food and Beverage Team Leader

What is service to you?

Working on a bar already, you’ll know what first class service looks like, and delivering this with charm, charisma and flair will be second nature.

You will be well versed with all back and front of house operations, building a strong team and ensuring everyone who visits leaves with nothing but positive recommendations. Being a Team Leader brings the step up into management that you might be looking for, while you still get to do what you do best – make the drinks and wow the guests.

Whether it’s a Cosmopolitan at the bar, or a frothy Cappuccino in the lobby – you’ll craft your drinks with love and detail, and you’ll be able to show others how to do this, too.

You’ll be joining a family. Our client know it begins at home, so we want to be a champion of your wellbeing. How can we expect you to give your all if they don’t give ours?

Whatever your reason to join us, we’ll accommodate as much as we can. You will receive first-class training and learn from some of the best people in the industry.

Salary wise you are looking at £22,000 - £24,000. Free meals on shift, a complimentary spa day, free use of the leisure facilities and a discount on group stays and F&B are all some of the perks that come with joining our family.

If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message (Josh Withers on LinkedIn), DM, carrier pigeon – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender bias in our adverts.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail, if you feel necessary.
