Fee Earning Conveyancer

What’s important in your life?

Now that’s a big question, but we’re guessing that family and financial security rank pretty high on your list.

Imagine being in a position to help people achieve their dreams everyday by securing their new home.

You’ll need to have a strong background in the conveyancing sector and you will have run your own case load as a fee earner. This position will focus on either new builds or resales depending on your specialism, so you will need to have experience in those areas and have a passion for them.

This gets said quite a lot, but you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator. You’ll have a confident and friendly telephone manner and won’t be afraid to make those difficult calls to clients.

Your customer service skills will need to be first-class, keeping people updated and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner is an absolute must.

The salary is on at £35,000 to £38,000 DOE. There’s also a quarterly bonus scheme and company rewards program. This role is a hybrid of remote based working and office working, so being within 30 miles of Milton Keynes would be ideal. Furthermore, you’ll be joining a growing company who support their employee’s ambitions to obtain extra qualifications and training.
