You will be supporting B2C customers on a variety of administration-based and communication tasks. This includes resolving queries on social media, and online chat tools.

You will need to be someone who has very strong administrative skills and ideally used SAP. They take great pride in their ability to effectively train, so the majority of tasks you will be required to do, are trainable.

It offers a competitive salary and there is variety of shift patterns available. This role will suit you if you are happy working weekends.
