You’re a talker, you love food and like helping people.

So why not combine all of them and get paid for doing so?

You won’t just be dealing with customers here, it’s a varied role that involves engaging with both customers and internal team members, where you’ll play a vital role in helping the regional sales managers throughout the country. So you’ll certainly be able to see the impact you are having on the company, rather than just being a bum on a seat.

The offices are impressive and this certainly isn’t a stuffy call centre environment that you might be used to; they even have a kitchen in reception where their amazing in-house chefs are regularly doing cooking demonstrations for customers, which you’ll get to try before everyone else of course.

You’ve done customer service roles before, so you’re used to dealing with the odd complaint, making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls and processing orders.

The day will be broken up nicely here as there is some administration involved too, so you won’t be on the phone 24/7 and the day will fly by as you will be busy as they company is growing at quite a rate, in the booming industry of foodservice.

You know what it takes and how important it is to have a sense of humour in customer service, so bring yours and your enthusiasm with you here and you’ll fit right in.

You will get £20k, with an end of year bonus, ongoing training, a Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm working week, as well as a decent amount of holiday for that all important you time, when you are not at a company social of course!
