We are looking for an administration coordinator to join a rapidly expanding team in the freight operating sector. Although the team is experiencing exponential growth they continue to put the job quality of staff at the forefront of everything they do, assisting with great professional development.

You will be the oil that keeps this well run machine ticking over as you handle all of the administration that happens. Communication will be a key skill set as you liaise with the staff having distributed their post, providing a positive atmosphere which runs throughout the work place. Attention to detail is key as you file all of the documentation for the import and export departments, as well as cross checking invoices ready for payment.

In terms of experience you will have previously worked within a customs administration role before. With this you will have a knowledge of customs requirements and formalities, ideally with a focus on UK and EU imports. Experience in logistics or road transport are a highly desirable skill to have as this is a very complimentary experience set.

In terms of salary you are looking at up to £25,000 depending on experience. As well as this you will acquire extra holiday days for each year of service you give the company, and they have a great record of keeping hold of staff!
