Carry out regular site audits for clients(on-site & off-site)
Suggest recommendations and action issues
Plan and report on the performance of SEO campaigns to the account manager
Stay up to date with latest Google algorithm and SEO best practice guidelines
Collaborate with extended team to share findings that impact broader online\offline marketing strategy (CRO and UX)
Translate requirements into tasks and deliverables for our team (trello + slack)
Develop SEO strategies, roadmaps and recommendations based on clients’ objectives
Manage projects, priorities, and people while keeping all the details in check
3-4 years of SEO experience
Passionate about technical aspects of modern SEO
You have experience using main SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
You have analytical mindset and can extract insights from large datasets
Proven track record of growing online businesses
Understanding of usability, design and copy of high converting web pages and sales funnels
A ‘can do’ attitude and take value in their work
32 hour week (but paid for 40 hours). 4-day working week policy but will pay employees for 5
100% remote role - co working space of your choice
10% productivity bonus (based on billable hours tracked and tasks completed - paid on a monthly basis)
15% trailing commission on any sales brought into the business. For example, if we close a deal for $1,000 a month, the candidate will receive a $150 payment each month which will continue for the life of the client
