Position Overview


Our Candidate Management Team maintain and build relationships with apprenticeship candidates and
support them from the start of their journey to the point of job offer. You will be expected to facilitate this
process through a variety of duties ranging from running support sessions on a weekly basis, undertaking CV
consultations, and conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face.
This is a sales position and will suit anyone who is target orientated and enjoys working towards and being
recognised for achieving KPI’s. The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to move into an Account
Executive position at the appropriate time.


Responsibilities
? To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
? Managing candidate relationships to the highest standard
? Sourcing of candidate from a range of candidate application portals

? Screening candidates on eligibility for funding in line with ESFA funding rules
? Responsible for the full management of job advertisement of roles you are sourcing
? Attend and help facilitate company webinars
? Meeting with account handlers to take briefing on client and vacancy opportunities
? Matching & briefing candidates against selection criteria of the employment opportunity
? Assist in setting up, arranging and hosting interviews
? Attending client meetings with account handlers where appropriate
? Assisting in the onboarding of candidates making sure that service experience is of the highest standard
? To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
? Delivering of Sales Training (Snr+)
? Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful

? Candidate must have experience of working to strict deadlines, KPI’s and following procedures and
controls
? Working Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
? Experience working with work-based learning/education
? Experience in resourcing in a similar role or customer-based sales environment
