Our Candidate Attraction Executives in our Recruitment team, drive candidate relationships, activity, and fee
generation via placing candidates into permanent and contracting roles.
Working within our Recruitment division, you will support our Account Managers in sourcing, interviewing,
and matching the best candidates for our clients. This role progresses into a full Account Executive (360) role.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, job board sourcing, face to face interviews and client
meetings (supporting AE’s). You will always promote the companies range of products and services ensuring you
find the right answers and creating sustainable opportunities for our candidates and clients – not selling a
solution that doesn’t fit.
? To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
? To generate high quality candidates using mediums such as job boards, social media and LinkedIn.
? Attend client meetings to qualify and understanding client’s requirements.
? Manage your team’s candidate attraction administration.
? Managing candidate relationships to the highest standard
? To effectively cross-sell all aspects of the company
? To be a brand champion for the company
? To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
? To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
? Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
