Our client is a privately owned large format digital and screen-printing company based in South Wales. They offer a complete design, print and finishing service from a modern factory. Their kit includes roll fed and flat-bed printers, screen printer and onsite CNC fabrication and lasering.
They are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop new leads and convert leads into active business accounts. The successful candidate would be required to create an efficient system for managing and reporting on leads and business development and create new ideas for creation and growth of new accounts.
The successful candidate would be required to cover the whole of the UK.
- Creation of new leads and generation of new business,
- Selling the company’s full range of products, manufactured both in-house and outsourced,
- Accessing and selling into various markets sectors (achieving expansion into new market areas),
- Sourcing new business, following leads,
- Creating and utilising a system of effectively recording and monitoring business leads and developments,
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers, dealers, and end users,
- Develop and increase sales to achieve set targets.
Experience and Skills:
- Large format print experience (essential)
- Experience of sourcing new business, following leads, and converting into sales (essential)
- Experience dealing with customers working to tight deadlines (essential)
- An understanding of market prices is essential
- Driven, self-motivated sales professional
- Strong communication and sales skills both oral and written
- Excellent negotiation skills
