They are looking for an Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join us. There is great scope for fast-track career progression to Account Director for a highly driven candidate. This role requires significant experience in professional client relationship management and requires a full awareness of the customer journey processes and techniques in modern print, direct mail / mailing fulfilment and UK & International Postage services.

As a successful direct mail company, they now have a unique opportunity for an individual to work closely with the board of Directors to drive the direct mail business forward. As a medium sized company of 20+ employees, they are looking for a leader with proven sales ability within the direct mail/mailing fulfillment sector to develop and grow revenue/profit.
The successful candidate will be fully supported directly by the Managing Director and will report to the Commercial Director.
They are particularly keen to hear from someone who has an exceptional industry knowledge and is looking for the potential to escalate their career to a Director level position within a medium sized business.
Due to the nature of this role, and the importance of finding the right candidate – the start date is flexible. Our aim is to ensure they employ a candidate who can fulfill the above priorities but also offer us longevity within the business. They may also consider a business acquisition in order to attract/employ the right candidate.
