Our client provides end to end customer communication solutions including e-billing, document composition, transactional mail and document management to a range of clients in financial services and utilities. Due to growth they have a unique opportunity within their client services team who will be the main point of liaison for the delivery of a range of client’s communication needs.
They are looking for someone who has experience client facing coupled with strong organisational abilities in order to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and as a result will display great stakeholder management qualities and will deliver on business objectives and SLAs in line with our client’s expectations.

This role is client facing but requires you to be able to have full oversight of your clients activity which is where organisational skills come in. A blend of project management experience with some technical skills would supplement this role well, as there are elements of the job were you will be required to take an analytical approach to ensure predetermined levels of service are upheld.
