Offering clients a wide range of print management services including point of sale, digital print, web2print and direct mail & transactional mail solutions to suit individual needs, this company has grown to become a ’single source‘ solutions provider.
Due to growth within a well known retail client they need to add an experienced account manager to the team.
Supporting the client services director you will be required to:
Develop, grow and take ownership of key accounts
Work in close partnership with all external (sales) and internal departments
Account manage all types of work requested by clients
Manage all of the commercials for each job to ensure profitability and that all extras are charged
Take ownership of any special projects identified by the Account Director
We are not necessarily looking for someone with a point of sale background however some print knowledge is essential
Key attributes required:
Print industry experience – either litho, digital, large format print or POS is an advantage
Someone who can think on their feet
Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities from existing clients
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead a project using own initiative and work as part of a team
