Account Manager – Marketing Insight & Data Analytics
Our client is a leading name in data analytics, marketing insight & multi-channel customer communications. Due to serious growth, they are looking for a proven account manager from a marketing agency, data analytics or technology background to join them at this exciting stage of their development.
The overall purpose of the job is to act as the primary contact point for your designated clients ensuring that client needs are met, contractual obligations are fulfilled and that service levels are delivered.
In addition, you will be seeking to continuously improve, innovate and find new ways to proactively help our clients achieve their outcomes whilst growing our network and reach.
You will work alongside our award-winning team of analysts, developers, strategists and planners, proposing new insights or marketing actions that will increase client sales and our revenues, as well as planning and prioritising workload between the client and the analytics team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the end delivery obligations of all activity within the business on behalf of the clients are met and the primary point of resolution and queries.
