Privately owned they do marketing work on behalf of a range of private sector clients in the form of door drops, conventional direct mail and more personalised campaigns. We are looking for someone with experience in either a direct mail or commercial print production environment.
Job Purpose:
In this challenging Account Manager role, you will manage customer orders from brief through to delivery. You will be responsible for the client relationship, project management, on time delivery, and to budget and develop innovative campaigns.

To ensure your success in this Account Manager role it is essential that you have experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing Print. This role will suit an Account Manager who is ambitious, creative, and passionate with a strong understanding of print production.
To have good personal presentation, be polite, tactful, and friendly. You will have impeccable telephone manner, excellent literacy skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task several key projects at any one time and be proactive in identifying and delivering company needs, which is essential. You will have the ability to handle problems, complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective manner. This is a role that will require minimum supervision and maximum initiative.
