Overview:
Working collaboratively with the Senior Account Manager (SAM), client and Internal teams, you will be responsible to ensure all new briefs for 3D Point of Sale (POS) promotions are delivered successfully. Based on site at the client’s Headquarters in Hammersmith, London (Post pandemic), you are responsible for your assigned Brand/s, and are the primary point of contact for the clients’ Visual Merchandise (VM) teams.
A natural ability to multi-task, project-manage, and assist your teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
You must be customer facing at all times, managing all aspects of your projects through the production process, in line with pre-determined CPAs and the online portal. Maintaining and updating all required online and offline trackers. You are a pro-active individual, comfortable working both as part of the team and independently, who can foresee, raise risk to the SAM and plan around challenges, whilst managing all “live” jobs and managing clients’ expectations at all times. You are responsible for the financial health of the projects on your Brand/s, ensuring all projects have PO/financial cover.
Great organisation, meticulous attention to detail, common sense, excellent communication and outstanding customer service and professionalism, are vital to demonstrate to all stakeholders that you have complete awareness of, and are in full control of all of your Brands’ projects.
