• Accountable at Group Level for End-2 End Network Planning, Design & Development from Product source to Customer for all European Operations
• Own overall process management and development for the End-2-End Network Operations to ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization of plant capacity utilization and projected capacity needs to meet unconstrained sales forecast
• Develop capability and have overall leadership control of End-2-End Network Design from product source to customer
• Own the definition, development and implementation for the Group’s strategy for how we conduct Network Design and Source Design and the Management of Source Change
• Provide leadership for the scoping, shaping, planning and execution of a European-wide Source Change Program, rationalizing the sourcing and production footprint for finished goods to enable more effective customer distribution
• Lead the future-proofing design of the Group’s End-2-End Network and Supply Chains to manage any changes in market requirements and/or new product or business introductions
• Provide structured project and program leadership expertise to both the Group’s Network Design & development Initiatives and the wider Supply Chain Organization
• Own the standard process for project management in Supply Chain. Including product transfer projects (change in manufacturing location)
• Provide deep expertise and thought leadership on all Operational Concepts and Components relating to Network Design across the Group

Key Responsibilities & Outputs:

• Plan, shape and deliver major Source Change initiatives including and closing of manufacturing Plants, production location change and investments across the Plant network.
• Own and lead the cross-border intercompany network planning strategy, operations and process to deliver optimal footprint and manage bottlenecks and supply issues where Group Level intervention is required
• Lead, coach, and mentor improvement across the function, providing leadership in the selection, scoping, structuring and delivery of major group wide network design projects
• Direct and integrate the activities of multiple, major projects; ensures that project efforts are generally cohesive, consistent, and effective in supporting the business mission, goals, and strategic plan
• Implement and manage governance structures and routines for management, control and reporting on all operational impacts across the End-2-End network
• Provide strategic and operational expertise in network planning and optimization with deep understand of supply chain planning, transportation, warehousing and analytics
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of individual project objectives and short- and long-range plans; develops tracking and evaluation programs to assist in the accomplishment of established project goals and objectives
• Provide structured project and program leadership capability to a range of major projects across the End-2-End Network
• Secure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Influence and manage key stakeholder relationships across the group, aligning often conflicting agendas to clear and common business goals and objectives
