PRE-CONTRACTS MANAGER - SURREY
My client are a specialist commercial interior fit out contractor and are looking at bringing in a pre-contracts manager on a permanent basis.
You will be involved in the process from the initial client meeting throughout the pre contract stage.
The role includes:
Working with design development;
Estimating;
Building surveys;
Technical Evaluation;
Putting together documentation on tenders and contract agreement before handing over the project to the Project Manager.
The projects will normally range in value from £100k - £1million.
WHAT MUST YOU HAVE
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in quantity surveying, estimating and pre-contracts;
Experience of working within D&B or alternatively with a small to medium sized Main Contractor;
Must have own car and driving license.
