PRE-CONTRACTS MANAGER - BIRMINGHAM
My client are a specialist Commercial Interior D&B contractor who operate Nationwide and turnover c£100m.
Due to an increase in workload they are looking at bringing a Pre-Contracts Manager into their Midlands Team and initially you would be responsible for working on projects from £350k - £2.5m.
This is an opportunity for someone to join the team and grow the department in their Midlands office. Your role would involve planning the scheme, programming the works, pitching to the client and putting the estimate together.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working on office fit out and D&B projects.
