CONTRACTS MANAGER - RETAIL/LEISURE FIT OUT - SOUTHAMPTON
My client specialise in retail and leisure fit out schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for someone with the following skill set:
Experience with construction and fast track fit out.
NVQ6/SMTS/IOSH/asbestos awareness/MS Project/Excel/Word/CSCS.
Commercially aware/cost control/team player/calm under pressure.
Able to read working dwgs, set out site, check and manage sub-contract trades.
Supervising and overseeing direction of project to client`s requirements/quality control.
Liaising with Contracts Director & Quantity Surveyor to monitor costs.
Good communicator/organiser/client facing.
Competent IT skillset/site audit & reports/programme review.
Clean driving licence.
