Your team of 8 skilled and semi-skilled operatives assemble a range of clever devices utilised in a variety of civil engineering applications to stop things being blown away, eroded or collapsing will be your contribution to preserving our planets resources
Youll be responsible for hitting production targets, quality standards and introducing new ways of working to optimise factory performance
Your background in managing production staff will be used for setting objectives, appraisal reviews and disciplinary processes
A knowledge of LEAN, ISO9000 and ERP/MRP systems will be preferred
