Youll be dealing directly with a small range of UK and international customers who buy large volumes of a specialist medical device manufactured on site
They need quotes and delivery schedules requiring you to liaise with production planning and dispatch departments to colate the required information
Youll keep the customers informed of their order status, often working with courier firms to gain accurate delivery information
Your IT skills will be kept up to date with regular use of their CRM system and MS Office to create reports for both your customers and your boss
Experience within a busy sales office of a manufacturing facility is preferred
