Site Manager – Swanley – Residential development – Salary up to £65k + Package

An up-and-coming house builder building brilliant homes and bespoke builds require a Site Manager for a mixed-use residential project in Wembley. The company was founded by ex-directors of a Tier 1 Developer and have been going from strength to strength, looking to double their workforce in the next 12-18 months due to increased work load. So plenty of potential for progression for the successful Site Manager.

Project: You will be brought in as the Site Manager on a 14 unit development across three small garage sites in the same estate in Swanley: 4 houses, 4 houses and 6 flats. Future Project is in Croydon.

Site Manager Experience Required: Residential New Build experience for Main Contractors and Developers
