Site Manager – Cambridge – Luxury Residential development – Salary up to £60k + Package
A Main Contractor who specialise in the delivery of Residential and Commercial projects across the Northern Home Counties and Eastern region, are looking for a Site Manager to join their team.
The Site Manager will ideally come from a permanent background and have experience managing high spec residential projects around 5-15 units.
They would also consider a manager that is looking to move into contracts management following successful management of the project.
Project for the Site Manager: You will be brought in as the Site Manager on a 10 units (approx. £1m per unit), timber frame, high spec residential project.
Site Manager Experience Required:
- Management of Site safety with a minimum SMSTS, full first aid and scaffold inspection certification with at least a year remaining before renewal is required.
- Management of quality to ensure the required standards set out in the specifications and on drawings are met. Each candidate needs to be able to provide a portfolio of projects to demonstrate the quality of projects managed to date.
- Management of the programme to meet deadlines agreed.
- Management of cost control for which the site are responsible such as plant hire, attendant labourers, material waste etc.
- Manage material take offs for materials purchased by APL such as bricks and blocks, joinery materials, etc
