Senior Site Manager – Hounslow – Residential New Build - Passivhaus – Salary up to £70k + Package

An up-and-coming house builder building brilliant homes and bespoke builds require a Senior Site Manager for a Residential New Build project in Hounslow with elements of Passivhaus to the development.

The company was founded by ex-directors of a Tier 1 Developer and have been going from strength to strength, looking to double their workforce in the next 12-18 months due to increased work load. So plenty of potential for progression and support for the successful Senior Site Manager.

Project: You will be brought in as the Senior Site Manager to manage a residential new build development in Hounslow, 10 flats and 6 houses, all traditional build with Passivhaus elements to the project, starting in Jan/Feb 2023.

Senior Site Manager Experience Required: Residential New Build experience for Main Contractors and Developers and preferably some experience on Passivhaus build, although not a necessity.
