A leading UK-based main contractor, specializing in high-quality construction projects across a variety of sectors are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their expanding team..

As they continue to expand their presence in London, they are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team and oversee projects in London (North of the river, inside North Circular).

The successful Senior Site Manager will have a proven track record of managing construction projects in a variety of sectors, with specific experience in education projects.

They will have worked on projects ranging from £4m to £5m upwards, and will possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and its associated regulations.

Senior Site Manager Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in main contracting.
• Experience managing education projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A valid CSCS card.
