The Company, Project & why you’ll enjoy it?
You will be brought in as the Senior Site Manager on a 7-unit high-end private sale, new build in North London near Barnet, made up of 5no 3 storey houses and 2no flats.
You will be provided with all the tools and guidance to develop and progress within the organization from a very experienced team of directors.
Having grown to a workforce of around 30 staff, they are on track to achieve their plans to reach 60 over the next 18 months. Turnover of around £25m with plans to hit £50m over the next two years.
The company has 2 offices, a head office in Berkshire and a secondary office in Buckinghamshire. They work across Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North & North West London.
