A leading construction company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of a £200m mixed-use development project in Southwark, London. This project is set to begin in June and will run for three years, consisting of 4 Residential blocks, one of London’s largest Commercial Offices and elements of Retail space.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire project, from initial planning and design to final delivery. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience running large developments of at least £90m in value, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a large team of professionals.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
