Project Manager – London – RC Frame – Salary up to £85k + Package

An established privately owned Main Contractor with over 50 years’ experience delivering projects across the UK require a Project Manager to help deliver a project in Tottenham. This Main Contractor has a steady pipeline of projects and supports progression.

Project: 73 units over 4no blocks with basement, RC Frame and tile cladding

Experience required: Strong No1 Project Manager with experience running multi-unit Residential schemes / new build / refurbishment / RC frame / internals and externals

The Project Manager

• Minimum 8 years as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager
• Longevity at previous employers
• SMSTS
• CIOB (desirable)
