Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience managing Cut & Carve projects in London?

If you boast longevity with previous employers and have a demonstrable experience on new build, cut and carve and refurbishment projects, and have worked on high-rise projects in the city. This could be the next step in your career.

You will be brought in as the Project Manager to run a £16m Cut & Carve Commercial project in Bermondsey for a London based Main Contractor, who specialise in High Rise City Developments.

Company currently turn over around £200m and are continually growing, with a high staff retention rate. This role is for a Project Manager who would like the option to progress their career.

What you’ll need as the Project Manager

• Demonstrable experience successfully running Cut & Carve and New Build projects from start to finish (Commercial, Hotel, Residential, Student Accommodation and more).
• Preferably have worked for either Main Contractors and Developers on a permanent basis, with longevity in prior roles.
