Are you a Contracts Manager who wants to make a difference? Think you would enjoy working in a small, growing main contractor?

Have managed multiple design & build, refurb and new build projects? Values between up to £10m.

Have experience across a few of the following project sectors:- commercial, education, industrial, residential, retail or healthcare.

The Company, Project & why you’ll enjoy it?

The company is a Hertfordshire based main contractor with a reputation of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard. Current Turnover is around the £10m mark, with sights on increasing that over the coming years.

You will be brought in as the Contracts Manager to oversee 2-3 projects across Hertfordshire and Northern Home Counties, values currently around £5m-£6m, growing towards £10m contracts.

You will have a lot of autonomy in the role and report directly in the MD, there is a real opportunity to establish yourself firmly within the company and the freedom to make an impression and help steer the company towards success.

What you’ll need as the Contracts Manager

• Demonstrable experience overseeing numerous projects simultaneously across a few of the following project sectors:- commercial, education, industrial, residential, retail or healthcare.
• Preferably have worked for a Main Contractors on a permanent basis, with longevity in prior roles.
