Construction Planner – Housing Developer – Salary up to £55k (DOE) + Package

A Tier 1 Housing Developer, who are reputable in the industry for their quality of work and staff retention, are looking for a Construction Planner to join their Maidstone office. They are looking for Planners with experience within the housebuilding sector preferably, but will consider a Planner coming out of a Consultancy with some Residential experience.

Construction Planner Experience Required:

• Experience of pre-construction and construction planning in the residential development sector.
• Experience of producing plans and documents to be incorporated into the Project Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan and Project Environmental Plan.
• Experience of producing plans using Autocad, Foxit PhantomPDF and Bluebeam preferred.
• Knowledge of building construction and sequence.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policy.
• Good communication style.
• Attention to detail, good administration skills and well organised to meet deadlines and timescales of projects.
• Site management experience.
