An opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor with offices in London and Essex, who over the last 50 years successfully delivered projects in the automotive, residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
The Company has achieved sustained organic growth which has led to an annual turnover of circa £25m and projects valued between £500k and £10m.
This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager looking to establish themselves and progress within a successful Main Contractor.
Project: you will be the Assistant Site Manager on a Residential Mixed-Use project in North Finchley; £5m, 12 unit SFS with brick façade. Working with a Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.
Assistant Site Manager Experience Required: New Build Residential, Steel frame Structure
